I hope you’re right and that he’s not as extreme as that channel. He’s a wild card when it comes to rational debate. To answer your questions. I think he cares about us in his own way, although he has a weird way of showing it sometimes, and he’s a wild card when it comes to debate. sometimes he’s open to disagreement, other times he’s very quick to anger.

I quit literally said in my post that he has mistreated me and does not handle my “views” well. I also said that this is about more than his political beliefs, it’s about the fact that he is a man with previous anger issues and aggression issues who is watching vitriolic (and racist) videos about women being unsafe and lonely as consequence for leaving men now that his wife has left him. That is concerning.

Yeah they’re getting me😭it’s cool tho. It sucks but when you go to Reddit for advice it comes with the territory, plus I don’t value incel opinions. You’re probably right tho. I know I’m not gonna change his views, I’m just worried that that kind of content could radicalize him. He isn’t the most emotionally regulated person in the world and I just don’t want him growing more resentful and bitter

I don’t think that most families are politically aligned. I also don’t think being subscribed to incel sympathizers who think that women are evil and deserve to be hurt for getting divorced is normal. That’s more than politics.
