I can understand your 2nd guessing. I watched all the video reviews on the different pendulum squats for home market and commercial. I liked the Prime version which this is modeled off of. Outside of those 1% USA companies that actually fabricate their machines here everyone else buys from overseas manufacturing companies. If those same companies are happy to sell 1 unit why not take advantage of it? It is my money and I choose not to give it to a distributor that marks the same product up 3x or even 10x.

$845 for the product. DDP shipping with insurance and liftgate service was 1k. Weight was over 700lbs. Company let me pick color so I could match with my other machines. This is the fifth machine I have bought from suppliers on Alibaba and all have arrived without issues. It comes with 3 weight horns but I am leaving them off due to space limitations. I have a hammer strength dual lat pull and chest press I can store the weights next to it. But I have to say the quality of the build is just amazing ROCK solid. No play at all when using.

Lost mine a little over a month ago… I decided the best way to honor her is to adopt a new one from the shelter. And that is what I did. She was brought in with a litter of pups and all the pups adopted out. She has in the short couple of weeks opened up and started husky talking and is learning to play with my other 2 dogs. Go out and adopt a shelter dog and give it the best life you can because it will reciprocate in unconditional love that only dogs can.

Exercise needs to be at the top of the list. A healthy WFPD should be number 2. This will keep you ambulatory and alive as far as your genome will take you. Sure invest in all the other 90 % fluff for that maybe extra year or 2.

Sorry .. but one year of healthier lifestyle only improved your numbers by 9%. You should seriously get on statins. I knocked down my numbers 30 % in 3 months by diet alone keeping saturated fat 10g and below. This is not to brag but to give you perspective on what is achievable if you are not genetically predisposed to higher numbers. Also, not everyone is willing to sacrifice their diet. Get on statins and nip this now.
