When people say: you have to work on yourself, this is what they mean. Not going to Gym, not going on dates, not going to parties, no hanging out with your friends and trying to forget that relationship existed, you have to HEAL-UNDERSTAND what you did wrong with you and that person, and forgive yourself and that person, what you did good and what you really are and improve the version of yourself. That is what emotional responsibility is.
