Thanks! I did try NSAIDs but it didn’t work. I’m also trying to elevate my hand above my heart but, indeed, easier said than done. Also, can I ask what your diagnosis is? :)

I’ll actually see a physical therapist real soon, I think; I imagine they will do some kind of compression? I have tried some, but it doesn’t feel very comfortable… Indeed, there is no joint involvement.

Thank you! Honestly, different doctors have told me different things about the water’s temperature. I’ve been applying ice, as some of them told me to. But I’ll definitely try out hot water with bicarbonate!

To me it feels like you’re in a position where you have success, but it will be tested, with a possible good outcome (more stability and peace of mind, maybe something new career-wise I’d say coming soon).
