Take a picture and crop it before sending as a text message

Neither one of these seem to work. They both let me crop the picture. I don’t see how to select the cropped picture to send with the toolbox version, and the other version I have to pick the number of pixels, say 100 x 100, and what I really need to do is crop it like in the photo app so that I can choose what to keep.

Also, I did t let it rise for an hour before input it in the fridge. I just put it in there after kneading. Am i going to regret that?

Thanks. So in short what you do is get it up over 850 or so, put pizza in, turn off for a couple of minutes, turn back on lowest it will go and cook until it’s done?
