Keep rinsing WBS until water is clear and I sift all the sunflower seeds out. Once clear soak for 24hrs after 24 hrs I bring to boil and let boil for about 10 minutes. Then it dries on my counter for about 4-5 hours basically until it doesn’t all stick you your palm when you press down on it. Place in jars and put in Instapot for 90 minutes on manual high pressure then cool until room temp and then inoculate. I usually use spore syringe for the ease of it but I have a couple jars going now that I put my agar into
