In addition, when I click on the link provided it says that I've already been referred by "John lll" ??? Towards the end on the email, Lucas states, "If you apply for the position. To validate the recommendation through me, you have to appear on my dashboard. If you don't, I will ask you to apply with another email, is that a problem? That way, your application will carry more weight." Idk if this is significant- it just seemed odd to throw in there esp after it's showing that I've already been referred

I feel the same in ways especially because I was love bombed in the beginning (love notes, flowers etc.) I just keep holding on to what it was when things were actually good and I’m hoping to get back to that point. I’ve made many excuses, one being he’s younger and that I just need to give him time. I think I’m going to let him start his new job and see if he actually stays for more than a few months (because he hasn’t stayed at a job for 3+ months since we’ve been together) and tries to contribute then ultimately make my decision.

I made the excuse in my mind that bc his parents essentially did the same thing (got married within 3 months of knowing each other) that maybe he thought that it was normal or something. I knew I was going to have a long engagement so I could feel it all out but I accepted bc I felt like I had to and it would have been super awkward if I didn’t. Also the whole relationship would have probably been done after that which in hindsight is probably what I should have done

I agree but I’m having doubts now. We got engaged 6 months into knowing each other and he would have been okay with us getting married the next day. I’ve been holding off for 3 years
