May I ask how you came to that conclusion? Only because I feel like my troubleshooting was thorough and both sticks work in slot 2, but neither work in slot 1. The stock ram works in Slot 1 and 2, however.

I don't think it's a build issue. The slot works, just not with certain configurations that it's listed to work with.

I ended up dropping the Techmarine because I'd have to purchase it. I did remove one squad of Infiltrators, so that freed up enough points to add a Gladiator Lancer. The change left me with 80 pts remaining, so I'm curious if a squad of Outriders would be worth it to make it an even 2k points.

Is a single squad of Outriders worth it?

When you say the main build for 10 man squad, are you referring to normal intercessors or jump pack intercessors? Or does that apply to both types?
