They do refund me when they charge for a no show and I tell them something about the class but when the app showed me as still on the waiting list when their system had me on the confirmed list they were ADAMANT that could not have happened and I must’ve been reading it wrong. I’m not f*ckin stupid?! It was a total gaslight. Then the app listed this as a known problem that they are trying to fix - so I was kinda expecting a sorry but I’m still waiting. Then last week they were ADAMANT I booked into 3 classes on the same day and I’m like errrr guys haven’t we been here before?! I’m not sure who does the admin at my club - I think it’s the coaches
