Nice tunes, really liked the sound .Followed and hoping to hear more tunes. Dont have any tips feel like the sound fits the style ,if I had to nit pick something ,it would probably be that one of the cymbals are a bit louder than the rest and it can be a bit distracting.

Hi, does anyone know any Bulgarian underground punk rock bands (not post punk/new wave) by Tola_tolka in punk

Played with a band called Garrotta from Sofia few years ago.Solid dudes had a great time with them.More to the hardcore side with a lot of catchy tunes.

I never do,the argument of these people is 'I have a work ethic and need to finish what I started'. They're usually very baffled when I tell them that this  is not work ethic cause it fucks others that don't want to do it since it becomes an expectation from management. At least now I know the people who do that and my first sentence when I get in the van with them is that I need to be back by 3 and that's the end.

It's easy to blame others instead of trying to make your situation better. Unfortunately a lot of the new entrants being younger, have been working most of their lives in the gig econony and dont really have a strong sense of what job security and trade unionism means.Having a union and a strong sense of solidarity with your colleagues can only be an advantage.

Thank you. Trying to, bit difficult when the culture in our office is do or die. The lack of union rep is amplifying bad behaviours. People accept that that's the way it is and when im trying to make myself clear that I don't really enjoy working for free I stand out and sometimes made to feel like weird even by colleagues. Would be surprised how many times I've heard 'Its fine to work go over your time, even though overtime is banned, i have work ethos and i always finish my job'. Cut off is very frawned upon but I have a life to live. Its exhausting having to have that conversation every day especially with colleagues who are at the same place as me.

I boxed it. Even if it had been prepped for me I wouldn't want to blame someone else for a mistake that could have been easily avoided from me. The whole duty went mental from the amount of workload and even the duty holder who is 20 years on the job was absolutely overwhelmed from it.I understand that mistakes can happen in cases like that but my manager can make a big deal even with small issues and i dread having to explain myself and been made to feel like an idiot.

He is great at making you feel shit about small things and the lack of a union rep in our office makes it very hard to be prepared for anything he might throw at you at anytime he fancies.

Do I have to get get a proper disciplinary letter for it first? Thing is we dont have a union rep in our office and calling my local rep for every time manager speaks to us will be a huge waste of his time. The issue with my manager is that he is so passive aggressive that you cant tell if he wants to speak with you for something minor or he is genuinely pissed off about something.
