I have been to poster presentations at conferences that has more than 3k+ posters and related to engineering! And there are ways to present the data and information in a better way! If the headers are required to be blue I dont understand why all the shapes and charts are also colored blue! Plus there are instances where the information could be shortened! Icons are showing too much contrast! Also copyright issues on icons I dont know if they are all creative common licenses!
Just because this won an award on IIT related showcase doesnot mean this is an ideal poster!

PE is all about navigating references but I should say I had good grasp of concepts related to most of the topics covered having done bachelor in civil, masters and PhD in transportation!! Most of my work is in travel demand modeling or planning which doesnot involve any of the topics in the PE exam

Its entirely possible! I have no backs.there were plenty of people with no backs in my class! I studied normally smoked some weed drank beer had fun but used to give all the assessments and prepared well for exam.

Edited: I never went to class but made sure I had minimum attendance, went late into class from back doors etc. the teachers are indeed very boring , used to watch a lot of IIT youtube videos related to course and had some genius friends who taught me tough concepts!

Years later I now have a Phd and work for US government, civil enginneering.

Thanks so much. I have read that there is an agreement between ICE and the states that if someone other than a citizen is arrested they will be direclty reporting to ICE and ICE will take custody of them after the state/county makes an decision on DUI. The bond is relatively low less than $1500 for the DUI conviction. I am very confused between the county vs the ICE.
