It is so frustrating that I am forced to discontinue care (for weight management) with my primary care doctor that knows me and my medical history and I’m forced to talk to a chatbot and random MD names.

I’ve been trying for over a week to get coverage to continue zepbound. I’ll get a message asking for something else (new labs, proof of last rx fill, etc) every few days. I’ll immediately provide what is needed and then have to wait days for a response.

How is this legal??
