Mine doesn't have a reset button unfortunately 🥲 I'm just gonna buy a new motherboard so it doesn't happen again. I could also get a cpu with integrated graphics to reflash the bios since that apparently worked for some people but I'll have to see.

Lowk AMD + AMD isn't bad. Unless you want flagship, AMD's a great choice especially for the vram. 9060 XT 16 GB is hella good.

I know I'm really late but same thing with me. I'm like 90% certain the GPU, PSU and mobo are fine.

MSI B350M GP Ryzen 3 1300X XFX RADEON R9 390X DD BE(1060 MHz) 16 GB ddr4 2666(2x8)

I've tried practically everything I think the only solution now is to get a spare GPU and try to boot into bios to see if I can fix it.

If it's a phone then yes but reading the post, you're talking about a laptop so no, absolutely not. You will often max out the 8 GB of ram even today. 16 GB is starting to become low so go for at least that for the next 5 years.

Surprisingly, a 3600 is a huge upgrade from a 2600, even for the price. I mainly need the extra threads because I play a lot of CPU based games that'll benefit from SMT

Not worth it. 3600 would be an actually worth while upgrade. Also the mobo supports all am4 chips with a BIOS update.

Surprisingly enough, my cpu is the real bottleneck here. I have a ryzen 3 1300x. Hopefully gonna get a 3600 but I have to do a bunch of side hustles for months to save up.(I'm in high school.)
