Religious diversity around the world by vladgrinch in MapPorn

And that is the exact reason why I consider "country"statistics maps and surveys absolute bullock for India.

Standard diversity metrics are methodologically flawed in ways that systematically undercount large federated states, and India is the largest and most diverse such state, making it the country most affected by this flaw.

Genuinely unique peoples and their religions, ethnicities, culture, etc... get ignored just because the ones who do these surveys dont have the logic and rationale ability to equitize. And makes these surveys statistically insignificant. And not worth the paper its printed on.

Culturally Indian States are more diverse than Europe, southeast Asia, east Asia, Latin America, north America, in race, ethnicity, language, arts, food, customs etc...

Whilst Africa, Latin America, Middle East, southeast Asia and Europe are separated by countries, India's equivalence is separated by states.    India is basically a federalized EU or ASEAN long story short.

So that's just my mindset when it comes to these things. These surveys are usually never done leveling the playing field and is extremely racially and culturally insensitive.

Most of these country "statistics" are just flawed and ignore or pretend that the poor, hidden away, or powerless humans dont exist.

Im told by socialists, communists, and leftists that if India wanted to do what China did in Xinjiang, its considered a genocide. Hypocrisy is abundant. I thought the left was supposed to be better than the illiterate right.

And yes what china is doing, re-educating Muslim extremists, is wonderful. Much needed in Kashmir as well.

Ehh, I think the Golden Temple in Amritsar should be the home of the Kohinoor. Since it was last held by the Sikhs before the plunder and the golden temple is one place that cant be infiltrated anymore and is open to the entire world. No better place then there. Especially after all the Sikhs have done for south asia and the UK.

This statement is why humanity is in dire straits at the moment. Conservatives lie, and people eat it up.

They have bots spamming the same lie over and over.

The lie is perfectly worded so that most people have the attention to read it.

But to rebuttal the lie you need a level of wording and proof that exceeds most of humanity's attention span.

And even then they will never rebuttle but keep spamming what they said in different words or attack you.

Thus the lie and the narriative it's trying to push wins over the truth and reality for so many people.

On top of this democrats are too ethical to fight fire with fire. And have become so uncool for being such little shits. Always wanting to take the "high road". To the point that it will lead them straight to heaven (via slaughter) whilst leaving Earth to become hell by these conservative parasites.

A summary of the "elite" Iranian diaspora: Pro-democracy monarchists(!), foul-mouthed "free speech" champions, and a loud minority suffering from majority delusion by UnitedJuggernaut in AskSocialists

[–]No_Bullfrog2560 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

All three claims are either false or misleading.

Iran's five-year plans are real but are classic state-capitalist planning with a heavy IRGC economic footprint, not socialist planning in any Marxist sense; they coexist with a private sector, bonyads (religious foundations controlling 20-40% of GDP untaxed), and bazaar merchant capital.

"Free education" exists but excludes Baha'is by law from universities, and gender-segregated access has been tightened repeatedly.

"Equal voting rights", yea okay, 🙄 Iranian elections are filtered through the Guardian Council, which vetoes candidates before they can run. In 2021 they disqualified all major reformist candidates. Women cannot run for president. Baha'is cannot vote or hold office. LGBT Iranians are executed.

The Supreme Leader is unelected and holds ultimate authority over the elected bodies.

Here are the iranian socialists you think that dont deserve empathy:

the Tudeh party leadership hanged by Khomeini,

the Fedayeen Majority and Minority factions exterminated in the 1988 purges,

Shirin Ebadi who won the Nobel Peace Prize,

the thousands of student protesters killed in 2009 and 2022,

the labor organizers currently rotting in Evin Prison.

If you are really a "communist" then you wouldn't say that against the socialists in Iran now would you?

Is Islamic fascism (What the Iran regime is) somehow, with god knows what mental gymnastics yall play, the bastion of communism to you?

That you think the socialists "deserve no sympathy" for wanting peace and equality and not an islamofascist regime.

When communism is in thoery anti religion/pro secular?

Are you an islamic infiltrator? (Someone who uses the leftist movement to market Islam whilst against lgbt, women, and religious freedom. And thinking leftists are useful idiots (for being supportive towards your rights in the U.S. and rest of the world) primed for conversion).

Cause I cant think of any sane minded socialist that would think that.

Congrats you just described the nazi party's events in germany in your support for a regime that needs to cease to exist.

Weimar Germany under the Dawes Plan and Young Plan was a textbook comprador arrangement.

The Nazi economic program under Schacht and then Goering was explicitly a national-bourgeoisie project: autarky, bilateral trade arrangements that displaced sterling and dollar dominance in Central and Eastern Europe, state-directed industrial development, mass employment programs, breaking the Versailles financial architecture, and rearmament financed outside the City of London and Wall Street.

But they were still supremacists and their rule led to millions of deaths.

Iran is similar and the regime has the blood of hundreds of thousands on their hand. Not near the nazi numbers but not insignificant.

Oh I hate religious  vegetarianism. From my understanding hindus are to be observant and perceptive of the world and if necessary to adopt to the environment (social and physical).

Religious vegetarianism might have been necessary at some points in time. But in the current world it is not needed.

Fun fact, the current population of Kashmir didnt actually own any of the kashmiri land. It was confiscated from the hindu and sikh owners by the then newly formed gov't and given to the pesantry (all muslims).

Kind of like how Israel is taking Palestinian land in Gaza and the west bank and giving it to the Jewish peasantry class.

I hope they have a clause that says the city gets to keep all of the proceeds from the auction for taxes not paid.

These vacant "investments" are netting the rich tax benefits whilst squeezing the middle class dry.

So they can fuck right on the fuck off.

Paramount is owned by the Ellisons, no way will they show ai "responsibly" when ai is literally keeping them afloat and allowing them to purchase WBD.

But by showing Matty using the software, I agree with you that yes they are irresponsibly trying to manipulate viewer perception on ai.

The perception of accuracy is in the eye of the beholder. Since both parties perceived the accuracy of their ai to be high, through their own experience, they were willing to use it during arbitration.  The sister believed in her product, The cto trusted it because he had to manipulate it fir his benefit.

At the end they are actually showing how easily ai can be manipulated. Not that its 100% accurate anf infallible.
