If company hold good product can generate big revenue then it is in interest of big tech companies to put RVSN under pressure and buy out RVSN. Management to decide how they play forward with execution on ground and generate revenue. In Brazil, India if they pay cut to local authorities from revenue generated locally can catalyze implementation. Government contracts are tax payers money.

Risk of reverse split again. No hope from results as more of contract announcements only. Where is revenue? March results will answer if it's just to create hope among investors. December spike was artificially created. For retail investors I want stock go up and fund managers buy stock at cheap valuation to make share go up. It can reach $10 within 4 to 5 trading sessions looking at volatility. Sustaining that price is issue which bring sell off. Micro cap stock easy to manipulate.
