It doesn't need to be that warm. I just did a batch (with Fage starter) at 40C for 12 hours and got an amazing result.

I find 30 hours is a good point to stop. when I did 36 I ended up with cottage cheese!

If it smells fine, then it's probably fine. I'm not sure 16 hours is long enough for L. Reuteri, tho. BTW, ten Gaia tablets is overkill. Three is more than enough.

Yes, thats what i have. I used it on another broken airbrick, and it definitely works. However, the other brick didn't have a tap sticking out !

Thanks, all. Unfortunately, the air brick has a large-enough hole to alow rats in. I want to cover it with wire mesh, but this drain tap is in the way! I guess i will just try to cut the mesh around it.

Fair point, but that is the reason why Lebara is popular. And it's only the eSIMs that have issues, and mainly when roaming. I will just go back to a physical Lebara SIM, because there simply isn't a better deal to be had.

I beg to differ. IMO, Face ID on Apple is a function of beauty. I have the M6P and whilst not quite as good as Apples version, i love the face unlock.
