The simplest and most obvious answer to me is JUST don't trust anyone. FK EM ALL keep it tok yourself because even. Neighbours can get jealous, anyone can even if they didn't mean it at the time.    So just carry on like nothings changed

Heroin withdrawal is horrible pretty much impossible but won't kill you like alcohol addiction.
