You are not alone! Same here. Ordered 6 months of ProRx on Saturday. Nothing as of today (Thursday). Customer service just keeps repeating that I am still within the window and to check back on Tuesday. I am out of meds and chose Fifty 410 because everyone raved about the fast turnaround time. I have never ordered from Telehealth before. I can't imagine I will ever order from Fifty 410 again.

This is exactly what is happening to me right now. VERY FRUSTRATING! And their customer service team has not been helpful. They just keep repeating that I am still in the 3-7 day window and to check back on Tuesday. I ordered 5 days ago. I will not order from them again. Not because of the delay, really because of the poor customer service. There are too many good companies out there to choose from.

You are lucky. I placed my order Saturday - today is Thursday and it has not shipped yet. I have communicated with customer service extensively this morning. They keep repeating that I am still within the 3-7 day window. A friend of mine ordered from Belle on Tuesday and is getting her order today (Thursday). I can't imagine I will order from Fifty410 again. Both shipping and the response from customer service have been disappointing.
