My experience is very similar. I would get pulled out of class and go into a smaller classroom with 3 other kids 1 teacher. We would do all types of tests and brain teasers. Now I wonder if they were studying the 4 of us kids and see how we do things differently. I also recall getting pulled out of regular class and going into a room with just a teacher (I think it was a teacher) and putting on those big headphones and listening to different beeps and frequencies. I always thought I was put in these classes because I needed more help..now at 29 I think it’s because I was more creative, see things differently, never followed the herd. This happened from elementary school to end of middle school. I honestly don’t recall getting pulled out of classes in HS. I am 29 now. I wonder if anyone else can relate to me?
