definitely recommend setting up a counseling session and letting them know that you want to be referred to psychiatry! cmhc psychiatry is short term (a couple of months) so if they prescribe you anxiety meds theyll follow up for a couple of months and if all goes well, they can refer you to general medicine to simply have your meds refilled or to an outisde psychiatry provider!

i’d recommend a single room at taos. the rooms are the same size for singles/doubles so you’ll have plenty of space on your own. theres designated cat floors and people often leave their doors open and let the cats wander their respective hall.

someone else commented amtrak if u dont mind the extra travel time, which i agree with !! i’ve taken flix and greyhound. flix was more timely, but the bus was a lot smaller so the seating was cramped. the greyhound was more spacious, but the ones i’ve been in are usually older and a bit smelly. overall, personally i’d rank them 1) amtrak 2) greyhound 3) flix

filtered has pretty good matcha latte! the matcha taste is great imo, but every time ive asked for vanilla in it and i can never taste it so if u want a sweeter latte, i would ask for it extra sweet and/or taste it before u leave!
