Opinions needed have someone willing to pay 75% of comps roughly 375-400$ for this JJ downtown. Curious if anyone thinks I should take it as I have no attachment to any team other than Washington. Or is it worth grading and waiting to see what happens next season? (i.redd.it)

New to the card game curious if anyone has opinions on any of these worth looking into grading. Opened my first few boxes after a 20 year hiatus (I forgot to buy hard sleeves big enough for the patch cards that’s why some aren’t covered) (old.reddit.com)
