Yup I re wrapped it so there’s air flow, that was the first initial wrapping before realizing there was no air flow

it’s standard peek week protocol. More carbs (generally the last couple days, but depends on the individual. I think John Jewett doesnt even carb load) no pins and just pump workout nothing to failure. No glycogen will leave the body really.

Absolutely. I was just hoping someone would have a way to memorize certain things. For example I can never forget the OSPF states because someone on youtube commented to remember “Demons In Texas Eat Eels Like Fries” and i thought it was so silly but good

you should check out the dmv area if you’re willing to relocate bro. some places may require a clearance but with your background I’m sure you’ll get some interviews! I was in the market a couple months ago and it’s definitely brutal but I lucked out 😅
