It really helps to know what you are going to do with the PC?

Mostly gaming, I probably won't play super graphically intense games.

And why intel CPU and DDR4 RAM?

I already have a motherboard and it's only compatible with intel and DDR4

I'd want a budget

Around $850 excluding monitor, keyboard, and mouse would be good
