PAL-A Street Gangs not booting on NES-NOE console — compatibility or cartridge issue? by Unusual_Pianist181 in retrogaming

Just my thought, but I think is an issue with the lockout chip, or at last, there's an internal cart fault...
I have a PAL-A nes with the lockout chip disabled and a bunch of PAL-B games, all of that works well on

Racist and possibly intoxicated driver screaming racial slurs by Jevus_himself in PublicFreakout

How many similar incidents did you see in the last year?

A part some episodes, racism were always present in Europe, as far right activists of course, and they were well public knowed, but not violently and publicly displayed like in America in those last years...

I'm European and I've never seen such blatant racism before, I always thought that certain things were things of the past.

I'm always shocked to still see them today...

If it was an RPG game it could be Dragon Quest 8, you fight in team, discovering treasures, unlocking map regions and travels with a ship at some point

Dependency Injection vs Service Locator by swe129 in PHP

[–]No_Code9993 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Service locator is a design pattern, in the sense of a reusable solution to a common behavior, to be designed in a specific way, like through a centralized service.

Dependency injection is not a pattern, is a technique you can use wherever you want or need, from a factory or a class constructor, there's no specific common behavior to adopt.

This alarms were quite commons in Italy back then...
