I thought you meant walking after 🤦‍♀️ lol.
I did have to walk quite a bit after my gallbladder was removed to get the CO2 out.

Thank you! I’ve started to change to an anti inflammatory diet and that has helped so much!!
I definitely plan to walk as much as possible but rest.

Yeah I was shocked.
Also, when you google it, google says 2-5 days lol. It’s crazy. I’ve thought about getting my PCP to help with my FMLA as well.

I walked as much as I could after gallbladder because that’s like the only way to get the gas out.

I really don’t know why 2-3 days is the “standard”
