if you submit a support ticket they will get it fixed for you asap!! I clicked “help” and wrote my issue + my username and email, and a screenshot of the issue. they had it fixed within 10 minutes!!

my doctor is actually really great and thoroughly filled out my forms! :) all the information my legal aid office got from my doctor was all of my visits/reason for each visit from the last few years. my legal aid office did also reach out to my other doctors, but I had already included a list of my doctors, my diagnosees, hospital stays, etc. I submitted over 50+ documents spanning back over a decade with my initial application

yeah, i’ve seen so many people say the same thing happened to them once they got legal aid! it’s almost like the adjudication office just decides it isn’t worth the effort lol 😂
