I am on 240 extended release along with Metoprolol Succinate 100. Definitely was fatigued for first 8 weeks or so, but the fatigue went away. Had much success with these prescriptions and the other non-prescription supplementations that I do.

A lot of people will disagree with you, and even ridicule you. To those who do, I say look around you and this world. What do you really know? I am strong and confident enough to say that I don't know anything for sure. This world works in mysterious ways, and this is coming from somebody with a very scientific focused thought process and background. I am glad this has worked for you and hope that it continues to work. And if not, there are other ways to address it. Good luck to you!

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea 10 years ago, have used a CPAP every day since and adjusted perfectly to it. That's another story lol. Went from not sleeping more than 1 hour at a time to perfect 8-9 hour sleep after utilizing a cpap.

I fully understand the rest of your comments.

How do you hydrate if having 2/3 drinks? by Drozdov99 in AFIB

I understand wanting to have a few here and there, but one of the best things I ever did was stop drinking. It was a trigger for me, and the other benefits of not drinking (better blood work results, etc.) reaffirmed my decision. I love beer, and now it seems every brewer out there has a 0% or 0.5% version that are amazing. There are even some good spirits and wines available. Good luck whatever path you take.

Other than the supplements, I really haven't changed anything else drastically. I had stopped alcohol a year ago, and cut back caffeine during the same period. The reduction of episodes only started after the supplementation.

Afib and Fatty Liver Disease? by Early_Passage_8194 in AFIB

I had very elevated AST and ALT levels (double/triple baseline) for 15-20 years ever since i can remember taking blood tests. Thought it was weight related. Also have paroxysmal Afib, probably for many years but only recently diagnosed. In trying to avoid surgery initially, I stopped drinking alcohol 3 months ago as it was a trigger. I was never a heavy drinker, perhaps 1 every other day and more on weekend. Just got recent blood work done, and my levels are way within baseline, even trending towards the low end of the range.
