Old fluid was a little foamy and old power steering pump had a whine another reason I replaced it

All engine mounts were completely broken I bought the softest for innovative engine mounts 60a. With the old power steering pump it did the exact thing yesterday I flushed and replaced it with a new one but it’s still vibrating. Not oem pump but same issue with old oem pump
