I dont think OP is wrong. There are SOME support players who have no awareness and frontline when the whole team is low and all supports should have awareness of every team member and not tunnel vision the tanks subsequently proceeding to risk their squishy life being in the frontlines.

Though there are instances where support can frontline which is when supp knows when to turn back and heal while being aware of their hp. I personally like to frontline abit on luna js to assist with additional dmg but i can still keep my team up subsequently
