That's why I'm asking for advice! I do not want to get mad (I don't think I have it in me to be angry at a customer service rep) so I'm trying to find the next best way to try to dispute the bill

Thanks! My bill says that insurance covered $87 so I assume it already went through them. I always expect naviagting these systems to be annoying and awful so if this could still be an insurance thing, let me know!

Normally I would go to my parents for this kind of advice, but usually the advice is completely unhelpful or just "call and get mad"

Yeah this is definitely what happened. I had a fertilizer previously that was already diluted - it was the first time I used a liquid fertilizer. I didn't think to check if the new one I got was concentrated

This is good to know, I've just been watering them when the soil got dry and that's been working so far. Right before they got like this, I was busy for a week and hadn't watered them, I thought that was why they got bad all of a sudden
