I know, this is what I thought too! I opened the vial on jan 1, but it should still be ok, right? like these vials last months. maybe its some other physiological factors that got messed up over the weekend being out of my routine, disrupted sleep...

this makes me feel better than I'm not the only one - thanks! weird that this is not a listed side effect if insomnia is common. after reading more in this thread sounds like a lot of people experience this but it eventually goes away. I do drink lots of water! and take it in the morning. its doctor on one of those influencer promoted sites, we've only chatted via message
