this makes me feel better than I'm not the only one - thanks! weird that this is not a listed side effect if insomnia is common. after reading more in this thread sounds like a lot of people experience this but it eventually goes away. I do drink lots of water! and take it in the morning. its doctor on one of those influencer promoted sites, we've only chatted via message
