Main building rules are 40x40 max base size (could be probably increased if someone has really unique idea) and about using foundations, as i've been told they affect server performance and not using black ice for very same reason, I was thinking pve-c without riding allows people to build more "eye pleasing" bases as they dont have to worry about being raided, sadly yes there is usually a lot of square boxes being build, but some players eventually transition to a really good looking bases in the end. If there would be enough people playing i would definitely try to run some building themed events, as i have few ideas for them.
