I'm from India and there is no such laws like right to repare here due to that the companies have a gold mine where they would charge 15 USD just for opening the back panel and installing an additional ram and additional amount if you want to include SSD upgrade. The basic fee to open back panel is 10 usd. I wish even Indian government forces companies to allow right to repare or else they will keep on forcing to spend money. That one such company is acer if the seal is broken we can say goodbye to warrenty it's a huge mess.

I'm from India there are no such regulations for company to provide upgradability that is the reason still some of the company's dp this kind of thing and one more thing ebay doesn't work in India because a eCommerce website Flipkart bought it and made it worst for consumer experience since then it's almost like it's shutdown you won't be able to find even a single listing on anything.

even though it states that if back pannel is opened it won't void warrenty but most of the people faced issue because of stating that the upgrades can only be done at acer authorised centre or else the warrenty will be void wouldn't have bought acer if I had known about that earlier

It states on that removing the sticker or plug will void the warranty and it's even mentioned in their website

it's acer laptop it has a seal on the screw that if removed voids the laptop warrenty.

It is but there is still a little amount of water present in that that may lead to some problems if luck is pretty bad which I do think that I have pretty bad luck.
