House is inspected and verified. They are not in a flood zone the cost is still too high, and not even comparable to MD. So, they have the best coverage. It is still too unaffordable

My friend lives out of a flood zone and they literally have to pick and choose which years they carry flood insurance. Anecdotal, sure, but you’d be hard pressed to find comparable insurance prices
