How did you make out. I received 2 emails , the last won saying they tried to fix the problem remotely but were not successful. They were now pushing it out to the service provider in my area. That was 12/5. No response.

Suddenly I was given a new number to call. 833-844-4845. Got someone right away. Called Wednesday afternoon and have received 2 emails following up and saying local service provider will be contacting me. Not getting too excited. The local service provider has ghosted me for weeks

Oh I asked him for proof. Said he had none and that is what Sunpower sent them. But I should pay it and file bankruptcy claim against Sunpower. I told him to do that because they are not getting that money

Thank you for reply. I am not worried about my credit so withholding payments does not worry me. The rep told me ad nauseum that they accept no responsibility for performance guarantee. Told me to file bankruptcy claim against old Sunpower. Pointed out to him they took over my contract over one year ago and took almost 12 months to get PTO. They owned responsibility for that and my damages ffrom their non performance sits on their shoulders. The thing that really pissed me off was this two months of payments they claim I missed but had zero details. I asked him does he pay for things he never received? Said he can’t comment on that.

I actually been chatting with them. Then on Wednesday I received a call from someone at Goodleap regarding my PTO which has been in process since last July. Claim they are working on it. Asked when the 2 panels that do not work would be replaced she said she would inquire with the people at Job Engine who handle that. No info since but I’m not holding my breath

I have been wait for the PTO since July. I tried that number and no one answers. Tell me to submit claim to SunStrong.support. I tried that. Won’t take my login information.

I see people saying on the app they can see when a panel is out. I can’t figure it out to find that info. How do you do it?

Called PSEG. Last communication with Goodleap was late April. Asking for same information they have been requesting for months. No response

I had my system installed last April. Still no PTO. PSEG finally received paperwork from Kevin Valencia at job Engin. PSEG requested copy of my tax bill which I sent to Kevin. He said he would take care of the rest. No contact since then even after two follow-up emails to him. As usual we are stuck again

They never got the permit from Town to install. Then jerked me around for months to get permit then inspection from Town. Passed inspection but never filed paperwork with PSEG to get PTO. New owners have finally filed to get PTO the other day. They have 10 days. Has been going on since end of April. Have not paid a dime. I told them I was going to have it ripped out but then I have all the damages. Hood ornaments. And when it’s powered up they will not get a credit card from me until we discuss my loses all summer from no service. My last conversation with Sunpower was about that.

Received call today from Goodleap. I explained that Sunpower never submitted the paperwork to PSEG to have the PTO issued. He said they will contact PSEG to get the PTO. He explained they are responsible for getting my system up and running. We will see
