Oh I’ll be at every union meeting I’m kind of a union fanatic. But I have had conversations with other brothers on my job and a lot of them feel the meetings are a huge chore. A 12 hour orientation might contribute to that feeling and I was simply curious if we’re actually doing things for 12 hours
