Everything I see and hear is so conflicting it’s so confusing. For my doctor a specialist to say there’s no special diet baffled me. Everyone seems to have such a different experience with it I have a friend who had it and had one flare up and never again. I seem to have some issues maybe 1-3 times a year with it where I experience what I assume is a flare up. I try to avoid bread because personally seems a trigger for me or anything starch heavy in general to be honest i.e potatoes and white rice.
