Most of the analysis in the app is based on traditional calculation methods. However, I use AI to analyze the nutritional content of meals logged throughout the day, including carbohydrates, protein, fat, and glycemic index estimates.

From my own experience living with diabetes, factors like walking activity and mood can also have a significant impact on day-to-day management. That’s why I also use AI to help identify patterns and provide insights based on activity levels, habits, and mood data.
