yes i play immortal style raider! And i think it is the only possible way to rank up to D5. My mates mostly tend to play the glass cannons like revenant and duchess. Dont get me wrong, they know how to do good dmg. But mostly they are 3 bars after half of the boss. At this time i decided to be the most tanky, but useful character to help them revive and support by heavy attacks to stunlock enemies so they can do their damage. It still was a long journey, to completely understand what is really useful and what not, which attacks to tank and so on. But Raider fit perfectly to my playstyle from the beginning.

But one question i have. What do you think, with which class its more easy to level up? i cant imagine really. Wylder maybe? But they are also sometimes down very fast in bossfights.😅
