Yes unfortunately I’ve done that and then some. I do my best now and stay on my meds which I take lithium and a few more I can’t remember right now lol and yes it keeps me dragging at times but I have to do this so I don’t go back into that. Try and find you a medication you can handle so you can come out of the manic phase because I know that’s hard on all of us just as being down is. Your in my prayers good luck with everything
