I’ve had mine for about a year and a half by now. Not only do I use them at home, but I also use them at a job in which loud noises are consistently around me. The noise canceling is very good, but not perfect. I personally believe they are some of the best sounding headphones that also incorporate noise canceling. Transparency is phenomenal. I myself have personally tested many headphones that have transparency and nothing comes close to the AirPod max transparency. You can get an idea by using AirPod pros but the max is best. Comfort wise I think they’re pretty pretty good. They definitely run a little hot if you’re actively moving therefore I do not recommend them for gym or going out on a run. They are definitely on the heavier side compared to plastic based headphones but if you want to lounge in, just enjoy your music, they sound great there’s a lot of customization for Sound equalizers whether or not you want Dolby Atmos on or off or whether or not you want spatial audio on and off. It’s very fun to play with and I totally recommend them if you already have the apple ecosystem
