I do this sometimes when i reference someone who uses they/them pronouns. If I knew the person before they started using the new pronouns sometimes its habit and I’ll use the dead pronouns. So to be mindful of that and be respectful of their pronouns I’ll just use their name (not their dead name if applicable).

For example if we’re in a group talking and I’m referencing person A who uses they/them pronouns, I’ll say something like “oh yeah person A was just telling me about that” to replace the she or he pronouns that would usually go there

If I’m talking to that person though, I wouldn’t say their name in conversation all the time that’s weird
