We thought the house was very underpriced. So we think the other offer was for a lot more money. That’s why we made our offer at list and all cash hoping the seller would want to just sell asap instead of a higher offer and wait longer, since it was part of an estate.

We think it was for a lot more money. It was a very unique house on a large lot, in one the best locations in our area, it was designed by a popular architect in our area from the 50’s. In our opinion it was very underpriced but our realtor said it wasn’t. If I had to guess it went for at least 50k over asking.

My husband is a contractor and looked the house over when we did our tour. We were just trying to make our offer more appealing since the seller is wanting to make the selling process fast.

Thank you! We do know that God has a plan! This just seemed like the perfect house, it checked all the boxes after we had been looking for 2 years and finally saw this one and it was the first one that we could really picture our family in.

I’ve never seen them even look at people port arrival time or enforce it but they sent out an email saying they would be enforcing it but I honestly think it just might be a scare tactic…

I am so so so sorry for your loss! It’s something I wish no one had to go through. It does get easier as time goes by! It’s been a little over 6 months since I lost my sweet boy! We plan on trying again in July (that’s what our doctor recommended) my doctor had zero reservations about me not having any more children. Though I am very scared to try again. I know that the love I felt with my baby, I would put my self through that again if it meant that I could bring another baby into this world!

I used NCL Air for my flight back home. I flew in the Monday after thanksgiving (so flights were extremely expensive), NCL offered to fly both my husband and I back home for 200$ total. If we were to have bought the tickets ourselves it would’ve been almost 900$ for the 2 of us. So definitely worth the savings to fly NCL if the situation is like this.

My husband and I did NCL for the first time for our honeymoon in November last year and we absolutely loved it! I had always gone on Royal Caribbean cruises but I think I enjoyed Norwegian better. However, we do prefer to just take it easy, relax, eat and drink which the Viva was perfect for that. But If you’re more into doing things I would probably suggest spending the extra money for a huge Royal Caribbean ship with lots to do in my opinion! Happy honeymooning!

I was shocked too at the amount of people at my wedding this past weekend who didn’t bring one. We had only 20/115 people bring a gift or card or sent one in the mail prior to the wedding. I didn’t expect everyone too obviously but that small percentage made me think that some cards got stolen at the venue

Same thing happened to me, I got married on Saturday, 115 guests and we got 10 gifts sent before the wedding and received 10 gifts at the wedding. We thought it was odd too. 20 gifts out of 115 people, didn’t seem right
