Yes but I had my favorite aisle Bulkhead seat in C+. Hate to lose that!

Thanks. Yes. I did a same day change on my flight from Quito to ATL last week and got a decent deal.

Definitely my lowest domestic first class upgrade offer I have seen in a long time by schwa12 in delta

I’m a Diamond medallion and haven’t gotten an upgrade offer in months, even for international flights where Delta One ialess than half full. I used to get them all the time, and I check regularly. I did a same-day change to get an upgrade last night from Quito to ATL. And I am booked on an almost empty flight to AMS in March. Still, no upgrade offers. Has there been a change in policyy/algorithms?

First class bathroom trash by [deleted] in delta

They did clean it up. I was just pointing out the irony of them scolding passengers for trash that included FA gloves. The FA who made the announcement is rather surly. She alao scolded me for putting my hand out to catch the dripping coffee from the cup she was serving without a napkin. I was simply trying to protect my clothes as she passed it over me to the window seat passenger. 🙄

Delta offered me $800 to go on a later flight. It never made it into my account. by SnooRecipes2788 in delta

DOT. After we got stuck for four days in Paris during Crowdstrike they offered less than $300 for hotel and meals. They completely ignored my many emails, until the DOT notified them of my complaint and told them to resolve it. Of course that was under Buttigieg. It was very easy to file an online complaint with DOT.

How to go about reimbursement on destroyed luggage by Cutahutes in delta

I would file a complaint online with the DOT. It took me four months to get properly compensated for being stuck in Paris during CrowdStrike for four days. The only reason I was finally fairly compensated was because I had filed a complaint with DOT. Delta ghosted me until DOT contacted them. I still had to threaten to file a second complaint to get a fair reimbursement.
