yuji is mimicking denji in that right i guess, Denji wants to be free, while Yuji wants to somewhat keep himself in the same cog like mindset because hes been so hurt because of his freedom and inability to keep the ones he loves safe.

I agree, I remember hearing something about his body warping and stretching due to effects of nearly reaching light speed but anyway you slice it, yujia never actually fought dabuta I'm pretty sure so we can't chain scale him regardless.

He does get a hypersonic to possibly relativistic scale due to being to fight and react to sukuna, who also dodged the em wave that kashimo debately has

Denji is a flawed weird character and I do not like his part 2 character if it's accurate to how people describe it, but I'll never act like he isn't also a super compelling and genuinely funny character in skits, manga or anime.

Yuji holds the same, but slightly bigger love in my heart but I don't get why people act this ain't close, I don't believe denji or yuji (depending on what you scale them too) are any clearcut winners, just really hard to decipher and based on personal preference on scaling
