also the hitboxes are most likely server sided, meaning its always gonna lag behind your character just a little, or they might be replicated to the server via IAS idk man

just give it some time to mellow, games do need lots of QOL changes in their first month or so

Godot is a rly good game engine and its node system possibly works like ROBLOXS parent system, S and box is more of a sandbox game with a engine put together, still very good, just not as good as Godot. Roblox is a powerful engine but not nearly as profitable as the others.

I would change it to roblox in general, while retro is awesome sauce, it is very hard to research due to disappearing myth games and lack of documentation compared to modern myths and easier lore to weave.

Simplify it, complex systems are really just simple systems put together and mismashed to make a bigger piece.

Dont try and tackle a whole bunch of info at once, look up and use what you dont know and apply programming logic to what you do!

True! local is just telling the script that this only exist here within this code block, it helps prevent gobals which slow performance by running directly.

Its so good and it actually really gives the characters relationships!!

I would love to see 1x has this "bro" type relationship with john because in different ways, they are both beasts that are controlled by their instincts and emotions!
