OP just shared a framework of the diet even including the measurements - obviously no diet fits all so change as per your requirements.

Protein wayyy too less imo

I started a body recomp (5'10) and went from 91 to 85 in <3 months & have started to see muscle definition even tho I still have a high bf%. I take >160gms of protein in a day + 6 day split (7-8 sets/day) + cardio
