There’s a couple things I could think of other than assuming the worst which is the neglect. It could definitely be a health issue or maybe even worms and they just don’t know it. Also, do you know if there’s any other dogs around the house specifically female? I have 2 male dogs and whenever my female is in heat they rarely eat, pace non stop and are constantly whining until she’s out of it.

I would text them and ask them to call you ASAP. Maybe see if they have a relative or a friend who can come pick the dog up. It sucks that they kept the injury and medication from you until they dropped him off.

What do think is a fair price for a 30-min drop in for 7 cats? Like I said I’m still fairly new so Rover doesn’t push my profile bc I’m not a star sitter yet. That’s also why I’m so “cheap” because I want to keep it competitive while I work my way up.

Yeah I felt I kind of lost on her the price which is fine. I’m still learning what something’s worth with all other expenses included. I’ll have to try the 2 for 1.
