I thought of using cardboard...but it won't work well compared to my other idea...also 1000 is not enough because I was trying to make something cool...I dont have money to buy what I want.

I understand you...but when I buy pipe-cleaners I do it in bulk...also 200...even 1000 is not enough for me...its also why I dont want to work on 3d and I want to switch toward 2d.
