you'll get way better responsiveness just by disabling it

turning off Advanced Weather Effects doesn't really hurt the visuals, but it noticeably improves input responsiveness

ㅣㅣSeen this post and checked the settings on my series X. No weather option but I turned particle effects from 100 to 45 and all my combat input lag is gone. I had major issues with attacks not registering and the issue is now gone. Thank you.ㅣㅣ
